It’s five a.m. as I write this posting, and in a few minutes, I’ll be out the door and driving five hours to Toronto for the annual CSC Toronto Chapter No Frills Trade Show.
I’ve been at this event for several years, before my “connection” with CSC (Construction Specifications Canada) reached the stage that volunteer work with the association has put me in the chapter executive role. ?Yet the reason for attending this event, and its relevance to anyone concerned with construction marketing, remains its interdisciplinary focus — and the relevance of contract documentation on early-stage decision-making in the design and construction process.
(The U.S. counterpart of CSC is the Construction Specifications Institute.)
Not much time for posting now, but if you are in Toronto, please feel free to visit me at the show — more on my observations about the event tomorrow.
