Further “Live Chat” assessments

I’m continuing my review of the Comm100.com Live Chat service.  Yesterday afternoon, I sent out a message to this blog’s small restricted internal list (about 100 names) to encourage some direct response.  Two people answered and the “Chat” worked as promised — allowing for rather poor voice quality from the computer for the one who had a voice card on his end.

Each of these viewers provided the rather obvious information that, from their perspective, the same one-on-one communications capacity could be achieved with Skype or, for that matter, a conventional phone.
