Undoubtedly, events that combine networking, information, entertainment and intelligence gathering are to be treasured, and the bi-annual Ontario General Contractors Association (OGCA) Symposium certainly fits the bill.
The combination of a few hundred general contractors and several dozen supplier and service businesses — almost exactly matching the demographics of businesses and individuals who can do business with our organization — makes this a no-brainer to attend. Trade-outs of advertising for sponsorship status, coupled with incredibly cheap hotel and rental car rates have kept the travel costs for this event to the minimum. And there is business to be done.
