I don’t think you’ll see carpentry (and other skills) disappearing immediately — especially where construction is on the site rather than in the factory. However, there will be increasing pressure for modular/factory built resources.
How these technologies will change business practices, and ultimately marketing, is hard to know for sure. However, the concept of “heartless carpenters” raises plenty of challenging questions.
