The complete book has always been available from my website in PDF format for $20.00 but, to achieve compatibility with the various e-book formats in use, I’ve broken the book into two sections, assigning unique ISBNs for each volume. The price is $9.89 a volume.
I expect once listing processes are complete, you’ll be able to purchase this book in electronic versions through Amazon and the Mac IPad store. In the meantime, you can find the two volumes at Smashwords.com. The printed version, of course, remains available from my website and at various online retailers.
