Following yesterday’s posting, you might naturally expect me to have some anxiety this morning when I tried to log on to this blog only to find 403 and 404 error messages. I could not log in, nor view this blog nor any of the other sites hosted locally. Could the evil hacker be up to more trouble?
I checked with my Internet Service Provider, webempowermentsolutions.com and received a surprising response. They cannot figure out why I can’t see the sites on my regular connections, but everything is very much readable if I use a proxy server, and they recommended I try hidemyass.com — the same server used by the person in California causing problems.
So, as I scratch my head about the oddness of the Internet, and our family prepares for our son Eric’s Bar Mitzvah tomorrow, there won’t be much in the way of insights about construction marketing ideas today. Hopefully we’ll get things back to normal soon!
