The invitation for entries for the Best Construction Industry Blog has led to the nomination of Bill Grave’s blog: “Its not always sunny in Philadelphia: Life in Construction.” His Sept. 09 posting, Sad But Curious State of the Construction Industry, 2009, is worth reading because it provides clues about where and why pricing for construction services have declined during the recession.
